Gluten-Free Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 130 g dates, pitted, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes, drained
  • 100 g cashews, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes, drained
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons gluten-free protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls.
  3. Serve.
