Pumpkin Oatmeal Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 200 g dry oatmeal, uncooked
  • 130 g peanut butter
  • 64 g pumpkin puree
  • 32 g chia seeds
  • 32 g honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 60 g dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Mix oats, peanut butter, pumpkin, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and spices in a bowl.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips and stir to combine.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls and serve.
