Ingredients:
- 200 g dry oatmeal, uncooked
- 130 g peanut butter
- 64 g pumpkin puree
- 32 g chia seeds
- 32 g honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 60 g dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Mix oats, peanut butter, pumpkin, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and spices in a bowl.
- Fold in chocolate chips and stir to combine.
- Shape the mixture into balls and serve.
