Peanut Butter and Jelly Bliss Balls
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Servings: 15 portions
Ingredients:
- 15 Medjool dates, pitted
 - 128 g oats
 - 32 g ground flax seeds
 - 32 g shredded coconut
 - 64 g peanut butter
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 - A pinch of salt
 - 7-8 teaspoons jam of choice
 
Instructions:
- Prepare a baking tray and line it with parchment paper.
 - Make small dollops of jam onto the pan and freeze until firm.
 - Add dates, oats, flax seeds, shredded coconut, peanut butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt to a blender and blitz until smooth.
 - Shape the mixture into small balls and flatten.
 - Add jelly dollop on top of each patty and roll into balls.
 - Serve.
