Apricot Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 250 g dried apricots
  • 80 g almond meal
  • 80 g shredded coconut + more for coating
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  2. Shape the dough into balls and roll each ball in shredded coconut. 
  3. Serve.
