Easy Chocolate Bliss Balls

Ingredients:
- 200 g raw cashews
- 200 g dates, pitted
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon water
- A pinch salt
Instructions:
- Add nuts to a blender or a food processor and blitz until chopped well.
- Add dates, cacao powder and water, process until smooth.
- Shape the dough into balls.
- Serve topped with more cocoa powder or shredded chocolate.
