Easy Chocolate Bliss Balls

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Servings: 10

Ingredients:

  • 200 g raw cashews
  • 200 g dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • A pinch salt

Instructions:

  1. Add nuts to a blender or a food processor and blitz until chopped well.
  2. Add dates, cacao powder and water, process until smooth.
  3. Shape the dough into balls. 
  4. Serve topped with more cocoa powder or shredded chocolate.
