Fudge Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 128 g almond butter
  • 250 ml coconut oil, at room temperature
  • 42 g coconut flour
  • 64 g cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon powdered sweetener of choice
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat almond butter and coconut oil in a pan over medium heat, stir to combine.
  2. Add coconut flour, cocoa powder, sweetener and salt, stir well until combined.
  3. Let cool and freeze for 1 hour. 
  4. Shape the mixture into balls.
  5. Serve.
