Keto Energy Balls

Ingredients:
- 128 g raw cashews
- 128 g almond butter
- 250 ml coconut oil
- 32 g almond flour
- 64 g cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Preheat coconut oil and almond butter in a skillet, heat until melted and stir to combine.
- Mix the oil butter mixture, coconut flour and cacao powder in a bowl.
- Freeze for about 15 minutes.
- Add cashews to a blender or a food processor and blitz until chopped.
- Shape the coconut oil mixture into balls and roll into chopped cashews.
- Serve.
