Keto Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 128 g raw cashews
  • 128 g almond butter
  • 250 ml coconut oil
  • 32 g almond flour
  • 64 g cocoa powder

Instructions:

  • Preheat coconut oil and almond butter in a skillet, heat until melted and stir to combine.
  • Mix the oil butter mixture, coconut flour and cacao powder in a bowl. 
  • Freeze for about 15 minutes.
  • Add cashews to a blender or a food processor and blitz until chopped.
  • Shape the coconut oil mixture into balls and roll into chopped cashews. 
  • Serve.
