Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 64 g peanut butter
  • 64 g steel cut oats
  • 64 g almond flour
  • 64 g shredded coconut
  • 32 g raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 8 dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Cover dated with warm water and let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Add oats, flour, 32 g coconut, cacao, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and maca powder to a blender and blitz until combined.
  3. Add peanut butter, dates, coconut oil and syrup and process again until smooth.
  4. Shape the dough into balls and roll each ball in shredded coconut. 
  5. Serve.
