Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Ingredients:
- 64 g peanut butter
- 64 g steel cut oats
- 64 g almond flour
- 64 g shredded coconut
- 32 g raw cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 8 dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions:
- Cover dated with warm water and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Add oats, flour, 32 g coconut, cacao, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and maca powder to a blender and blitz until combined.
- Add peanut butter, dates, coconut oil and syrup and process again until smooth.
- Shape the dough into balls and roll each ball in shredded coconut.
- Serve.
