Cherry Pie Bliss Balls

Ingredients:
- 200 g raw almonds
- 12 medjool dates, pitted
- 100 g dried tart cherries
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
- Add nuts to a blender or a food processor and blitz until meal is formed.
- Add dates, cherries, vanilla, salt and water, process until smooth.
- Shape the dough into balls and cool.
- Serve.
