Cherry Pie Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 200 g raw almonds
  • 12 medjool dates, pitted
  • 100 g dried tart cherries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions:

  1. Add nuts to a blender or a food processor and blitz until meal is formed.
  2. Add dates, cherries, vanilla, salt and water, process until smooth.
  3. Shape the dough into balls and cool. 
  4. Serve.
