Coconut Cream Pie Energy Bites

  • 60 g almonds
  • 60 g cashews
  • 150 g Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 64 g unsweetened coconut


  1. Add nuts to a food processor and blitz until chopped.
  2. Add dates and coconut oil and pulse until smooth. 
  3. Shape the mixture into balls and roll into coconut. 
  4. Serve.
