Ingredients:
- 60 g almonds
- 60 g cashews
- 150 g Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 64 g unsweetened coconut
Instructions:
- Add nuts to a food processor and blitz until chopped.
- Add dates and coconut oil and pulse until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into balls and roll into coconut.
- Serve.
