Coconut Lime Bliss Balls

Ingredients:
- 95 g almonds
- 32 g cashews
- 150 g Medjool dates, pitted
- 3 limes, zested
- 3 limes, juiced
- A pinch of salt
- 50 g unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions:
- Add nuts to a food processor and blitz until chopped.
- Add dates, lime zest, juice and salt and pulse until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into balls and roll into coconut.
- Serve.
