Coconut Lime Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 95 g almonds
  • 32 g cashews
  • 150 g Medjool dates, pitted
  • 3 limes, zested
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • A pinch of salt
  • 50 g unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions:

  1. Add nuts to a food processor and blitz until chopped.
  2. Add dates, lime zest, juice and salt and pulse until smooth. 
  3. Shape the mixture into balls and roll into coconut. 
  4. Serve.
