Coconut Vegan Bliss Balls

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Servings: 10-12 portions

Ingredients:

  • 64 g almond flour
  • 200 g shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or a food processor. 
  2. Blitz until smooth. 
  3. Add more milk if the dough is too tough.
  4. Shape the mixture into balls and roll into coconut. 
  5. Serve.
