Orange, Seeds and Honey Bliss Balls
Preparation time:
Ingredients:
- 85 g raw almonds
- 85 g dates, pitted
- 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 64 g shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 oranges, zested and juiced
For Coating:
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender or a food processor.
- Blitz until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into balls and roll into seeds or chopped nuts.
- Serve.
