Strawberries Cream Energy Balls

Servings: 

  • 8 portions

Ingredients:

  • 100 g raw mixed nuts
  • 60 g dates, pitted
  • 25 g frozen strawberries
  • 20 g strawberry protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons sweetener of choice
  • Shredded coconut, for coating

Instructions:

  1. Add nuts to a blender and blitz until crumbled.
  2. Add dates and pulse to combine. 
  3. Add strawberries, protein powder and sweetener, process until smooth.
  4. Shape the mixture into balls and roll into shredded coconut. 
  5. Leave in a fridge for 1 hour
  6. Serve.
